In particular, issues relating to: appeal against dismissal (defense of the employer, defense of the worker), salary adjustment, mobbing, social security, administrative aspects and workplace safety penalties (precautions, defense from liability for employer or legal representative, protection of the injured worker, Law 104, pension cases, appeals against the assessments contested by the competent bodies (Inail, Labor Inspectorate, Nas, Guardia di Finanza), agency and business agent relations, settlement of disputes in the trade union and before the Labor Inspectorate;
